Chicken Tortilla Soup!
This chicken tortilla soup was soooo good and super easy to make.
Half rotisserie chicken cut up
32 oz chicken broth
2 15 oz cans of fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 15 oz can of corn
1 15 oz can of black beans
Half an onion chopped
3 cloves of garlic
SEASON TO TASTE
Dump it all in a pot and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
Add shredded Mexican cheese, cilantro and a squeeze of lime for garnish. Enjoy!
