Cheesy Tortilla Soup

40 minutes Soup Recipe!!! Delicious if you’re a cheese lover!

Ingredients

1 envelope, chicken fajita season mix

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

2 tablespoons canola oil

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup butter, cubed

1/3 cup all purpose, flour

2 cans of chicken broth

1/3 cup, canned diced tomatoes with chiles

1 cup, cubed Velveeta

1-1/2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese

1-1/2 cup half and half cream

Toppings are optional of your choice, but like (Fritos, nacho chips, crackers, more cheese, if you would like, or guacamole)

PS- if your chicken is sticking to the pan, add water!!!
