My fun lazy girl lunch 😋

Bringing back some nostalgia from the elementary school days…tbh I still love a sandwich with chips. I’m currently pretty deep into a bodybuilding prep, but I macro track so I don’t have to give up the foods I love. This sandwich & chips has 50g of protein!!!

Here’s the breakdown ⬇️

🥪 Old Tyme 647 Keto Bread (1 slice is only 40 cals! And has 8 g of fiber)

🥪 Oscar Meyer Carving Board Ham & Turkey- 1 serving of ham is 11 G protein and turkey is 12 G protein! (I put 1 serving of ham and 1 serving of turkey which came out to 23g of protein) - pretty much all deli meat brands have similar macros /protein amounts

🥪 Kraft American Cheese 🧀

🥪 The Flavor Gang Southwest Smash Sauce - I LOVEEEE flavor gang sauces because they’re low calorie but flavor isn’t compromised! 1 serving of this one is only 35 calories

🥪 Quest Protein Chips - 18g protein per bag! I buy them in bulk from Sam’s Club
