What I eat when I’m anxious

Today I was anxious and nervous because of some life decisions I have to make. I hardly wanted to eat. However, I still wanted to meet my goals to eat enough protein and fiber. I didn’t even have the energy to get takeout. I couldn’t find anything for lunch that sounded good - all I could stomach was snacks and chocolate (still better than nothing!)

I did make a proper dinner which was so needed. Thankfully I had the protein banana pudding already made in the fridge for a nighttime dessert! This is your reminder that eating anything is better than not eating 🙂
