Try this full-body workout next time you hit the gym:
✅ 1. Treadmill Walk/Light Jog – 5–10 mins (warm-up)
✅ 2. Leg Press Machine – 3 sets of 10 reps
✅ 3. Lat Pulldown – 3 sets of 8–10 reps
✅ 4. Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 2 sets of 10 reps
✅ 5. Seated Row Machine – 3 sets of 8 reps
✅ 6. Plank Hold – 30 secs x 2
