Even the Elect??

✨A Light 💡in the Night🌙

Hey family! 👋🏾 I was sitting with the Lord tonight and this word hit hard—DECEPTION 😳. Do you ever scroll or tune in to a “minister” or “worship leader” and something just feels OFF? No sound doctrine, YET they’ve got a whole following, packed churches, celebrity guests, massive influence… and you wonder 🧐, how?

Well here’s the TRUTH: Jesus told us this would happen. In Matthew 24:24, He warned that in the LAST DAYS even the ELECT—those who KNOW the Word, who LOVE God, who serve faithfully—could be DECEIVED. 👿 This doesn’t mean they’re fake believers. No—many of them are real, sincere, and still somehow get caught up in spiritual traps 🪤.

Let’s be clear: the enemy is not just attacking from outside the church… he’s trying to infiltrate it from WITHIN 😠. And he doesn’t come with horns. He comes in suits 👔, pulpits⛪️, praise tracks 🎶 , and polished sermons 🗣️.

So what do we do? We stay sharp. Stay HUMBLE. Stay in SCRIPTURE 📖. We don’t chase the platform—we chase PRESENCE 🙌🏾. And when we see our people slipping, we don’t shame them. We STAND IN THE GAP 🙏🏾.

Let’s stay WATCHFUL 🔎, not judgmental. Let’s stay GROUNDED 🌱, not gullible. Because the deceived won’t always look like goats 🐐… some are sheep 🐑 in danger of following the wrong shepherd 🫣.
