-50 pounds in 90 days

I hadn't seen my very best friend in about 10 years and she finally came to town and I found myself avoiding taking photos together, even after that long. I was hiding by cutting half my face out of photos, putting my hands up, putting my glasses on, anything I could mentally hide behind, I would. I would look at the photos afterwards so disgusted with myself and ashamed of myself and would realize it was worse than I thought. I finally decided to start taking my health seriously and all I have done is be more intentional about what I'm eating and drinking, what I'm putting in my body, portion sizes, preparing meals ahead of time and meal prepping so l'm able to to maintain this lifestyle even with a busy schedule instead of making excuses that I just don't have time. I finally feel like I'm getting my confidence back and visually seeing a difference. I finally am starting to feel happy and okay with myself again and not feeling so much shame and disappointment, and it is a massive weight lifted off my shoulders.

You can do it too. Take a deep breath. Do it for you. There is always a way. Find the way that fits your lifestyle.
