C-section awareness month 💗

Having a c section changed everything for me and scared me from ever even thinking about having another baby.. to the people who say it’s the easy way out or that you aren’t a real mother because of a c section birth is crazy coming from a person who never had one before and have no idea the sacrifice that is made.. wether it’s natural c section or even adoption we are all mothers. The way you give birth doesn’t determine the way you love your child or the sacrifices you made for them to be here. We are all strong and amazing!! the things our bodies go through to bring life into this world should never be down played and degraded.. #csectionawarness #csectionmom #mom #baby #fyp

... Read moreExperiencing a C-section can be one of the most emotionally intense and physically challenging moments in a mother’s life. Many people misunderstand it as an "easy way out," but having gone through an emergency C-section myself, I can say it’s far from easy. In fact, the unexpected urgency when the baby's umbilical cord is wrapped around him, cutting off oxygen, creates an overwhelming mix of fear and urgency that stays with you long after. One thing that stood out to me was the feeling of being wide awake, arms strapped down, feeling every moment as they worked to bring my baby safely into the world. The sensation was completely foreign and frightening, but hearing my baby cry for the first time replaced all my fear with relief and love. I also want to highlight the importance of recognizing all mothers equally, whether their journey was natural birth, C-section, or adoption. The way a child enters this world does not define the boundless love, sacrifice, and strength of the mother. Sharing my story helps shed light on the realities behind a C-section — the pain, the worry, and the profound relief — and aims to empower other mothers who face judgement or misconceptions for their birthing choices. If you or someone you know is about to have or recovering from a C-section, remember that this journey is valid and strong. Connecting with others who have experienced similar moments can provide comfort and support. Above all, celebrate the incredible strength your body shows in bringing life into the world, however that may happen.

C-Section Awareness Month
I had an emergency C-section a few weeks ago and here’s my thoughts. People like to say a C-section is the easy way out. And it definitely isn’t. While I was in labor and trying to push, my baby’s heart rate dropped. Really low. For too long. At that point a C-section was the only option. I
