My go to morning cocktail for a happy gut. I try to do this first thing in the morning and it helps me with digestion and reduce any boating

🫜2-3 oz of beet juice: Helps to reduce inflammation and gas and also helps aid in digestion of food and nutrient absorption

🍍2-3 oz of pineapple juice: Helps promote healthy gut bacteria and helps the body to break down proteins which reduces indigestion, bloating and gas.

🍎 1-2 tbsps of apple cider vinegar: improves the stomach acid levels and helps stimulate digestive enzymes.

Reduces bloating, etc. helps in removing toxins in body

💦 splash of water to dilute

🧊 lots of ice for flavor
