If you love sweet + spicy, this one is a must. This hot honey salmon is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor — perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

• Salmon fillets

• Olive oil

• Hot honey

• Garlic powder

• Paprika (or smoked paprika)

• Salt & pepper

• Optional garnish: sesame seeds + green onions

How I Made It:

1. Pat salmon dry and brush lightly with olive oil.

2. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Sear in a hot skillet (or bake/air fry) until cooked through.

4. Brush generously with hot honey during the last few minutes of cooking so it caramelizes.

5. Finish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Serving idea:
