SPROUTS has what ?!!?

Hi girlies . I’ve notice that my nervous system has a bigggg impact from what I eat . And sometimes I enjoy things because they are delicious but then my body regrets it .

So I want to be a sprouts girlie but that’s something I need to work to afford. .

In the meantime I’ll try my best to do these hauls . When I can (:

from the left to the right

everybody Eat : is another form of cheezeit (: I loved them ,they had a crunchy air fried taste to them .

Ice cream sandwich:they were good . I did enjoy them out of most of the ice creams

jolly llama :that’s the frozen yogurt with dipped covered chocolate … YUM ! Was one of my top favorites

the last two ice creams … the strawberry shortcake was delicious but I wished it had more of a strawberry aftertaste rather than a vanilla flavor (:

the enlighted bar:reminds me of the goodie o’ crunch bar(:

between the two simple mills… I enjoyed the brownie more than the sweet thins . I had one too many sweet thins for my sensitively.

the passion fruit is sooo much fun and enjoyable as a frozen snacks (: I’ll add a bowl of frozen blueberries (from Costco) and passion fruit and just snack on it ☺️definitely delicious! 😉

The think bars :very enjoyable for work or after a good workout 🏋️

The coconut water …. You can’t go wrong with some good hydration 🤓

The green drink was a fridge favorite drink ! Something to have when you are thirsty. Which it only lasted about two days in this house

the flax brownies are a all time fav! They are so delicious and light . Not too much sugar and just perfect for a quick snack .can be a great pair to coffe and tea 🫖 ☕️😊

The grapes were delicious! They last a good while in the fridge without going bad 🤓loved them with the passion fruit as well😉🙂

The green beans ! I love em ! Add them as a the side dish . Cooked with olive oil and minced Garlic (: some black pepper and crush peppers for spice 🤩
