Brown sugar syrup…but make it a little ✨summer✨🍑🤎
Recipe:
-2 peaches diced 🍑🍑
-1 cup of brown sugar 🤎
-1 cup of water
-1/4 tsp of cinnamon
-Pinch of salt
-Simmer the above on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, gently mashing the peaches as they soften
-Remove from heat and let steep for 10-15 minutes
-Strain through fine sieve, pressing softly on peaches to extract juices (not pulp!)
-Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to strained syrup
-Store in a glass bottle in the fridge for 3-4 weeks!
