Im currently obese, but I’m trying to be better. Today was chaotic as I had plans to do a route outside and they canceled last minute 🫥 meaning I could have brought my lunch. Oh well. No one is perfect!

What I eat in a day - fatloss edition
I told you all that I impulsively started 75 soft on January 20, well I am a month in and still going strong! 💪🏽 I have been really sticking to cooking 90% of my meals instead of fast food and eating out. This has been a challenge especially during that time of the month when I’m craving everything

What I ate in a day as a SAHM!
I didn’t cook much yesterday but it’s like that sometimes! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve been counting my macros for almost 4 months and have lost 34.3 pounds so far! 🙌🏼 I’ve really been trying to focus on foods that will fuel my body for the day because with a toddle it is non stop! 🥲 This is my first ever
