Spicy chipotle potato and meatballs

Ingredients:

•5 Potatoes

•Meatballs (I used kirkland italian style beef meatballs)

•La Morena Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce can

•Oil

•Salt

•Water or chicken broth/ stock

Steps:

-blend chipotle and set aside

-add oil to pan

-once oil is hot add diced potatoes.

-add salt to taste and cover, stir occasionally

-once potatoes are golden add meatballs, the blended chipotle sauce and 3 cups of water or chicken broth/ stock (add little chipotle sauce at a time mix and taste if you want it more spicy add more chipotle sauce.)

-cover and let it come to a boil
