Red Bean Stew

You will need:

-veggies (fresh or canned)

-2 cans red beans

-1 onion

-3 cups water

-1 tsp salt

-1 tbsp garlic powder

-1 tbsp paprika (for coloring)

-1 tsp umami mushroom powder

-parsley

-(optional) meat for taste

Cut one onion and add to a medium sized pot. Use veggies of your choice and add with onions. Brown all of your veggies together before you add your beans and water. After adding your water, add your seasonings and put a lid on for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. About 20 minutes before it’s done, add rice in a second pot and boil until soft.
