Biscuit Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients:

* 1 can Pillsbury Grands Southern Homestyle Butter Tastin’ Biscuits (8 count)

* 4–6 eggs

* Splash of milk

* Salt + pepper

* Garlic powder

* Onion powder

* Dash of Tony’s (optional but recommended 👀)

* Shredded cheese

* Microwave bacon (uncooked + chopped)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Prep biscuits:

* Split each biscuit in half (like layers).

* Press one half into the bottom of each greased deep muffin tin.

3. Make egg mixture:

* In a bowl, whisk together:

* Eggs

* Splash of milk

* Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

* Dash of Tony’s

* Mix until smooth.

4. Assemble:

* Pour egg mixture over each biscuit base (don’t overfill — they puff up).

* Add:

* Chopped cooked bacon

* Shredded cheese

* Top with the other half of the biscuit.

5. Bake:

* Bake for 18–25 minutes, or until:

* Biscuits are golden brown

* Eggs are fully set

6. Cool slightly + remove from muffin tin.

Mom Tips (because we learned the hard way):

* Don’t overfill with egg → they WILL spill (ask me how I know 😅)

* Spray your muffin tin really well or they’ll stick

* Let them cool a few minutes before pulling out so they hold shape
