The procedure for changing a new surname
The process of changing one's last name isn't as difficult as it seems. Just get ready and take the steps.
1. Check new surname
If we set a new surname, must be unique to other people's, can go to the Czech at all at the web of the Department of Administration.

2. Complete documentation
- ID Card (In case of disappearing use of Thai ID app instead)
- Home registration
3. Go to the district or district office
To apply at the address of the household register (if you are in Bangkok, go to the district office or in the province to contact the district), then fill out the form. The staff will check the documents and information (100 baht surname change fee).
4. Receive credentials
If done, the certificate of change of surname will be used to confirm the time to edit other documents. It will take no more than 20 minutes.
5. Edit archives
- ID card (If the card is lost, redo 100 baht
- Home registration
- Passport
- Driver's license
- Bank account.
