Work from home Pros & Cons!
Working from home has it good & bad days. So here are a couple of pros & cons in my opinion
PROS:
🤍 Don’t have to wake up extra early (Who doesn’t love more sleep)
🤍 You can wear what you want all day! (We all be ready to get comfortable after those work days & you can stay comfortable all day)
🤍 Don’t have to be bothered with outside germs/Sickness as much
🤍 Don’t have to deal with fake laughing with co workers/Managers(If your are an introvert like me)
🤍 Never have to leave out to get food because the food is at home(unless you just have to or prefer eating out)
🤍 More independence (Doesn’t have to have a supervisor watching you all day)
CONS:
😬 Becoming less Active (make sure you always find something to keep your body active if you aren’t looking for the extra weight)
😬 Less public interactions (Unless you have a lot of friends & family you talk too/see)
😬Use more electricity (Because of the equipment)
😬 Easier distraction (Talking to family members, using phone more)
😬Communication with a supervisor/employee(because you can’t directly speak with them & have to wait for a response)
I definitely could name a couple of more but these are just a few for me! If you work for home what are some of your pros and cons?
Working from home has become a popular trend, especially after the pandemic. Many appreciate the flexible schedule, allowing for more time with family or leisure activities. The comfort of working in pajamas and avoiding long commutes are significant perks that attract many to remote jobs. However, there are challenges that come with this lifestyle. One notable downside is the potential for isolation. Without in-person interactions, some individuals may feel lonely and miss the camaraderie of an office environment. It's essential to seek ways to stay connected with colleagues, whether through virtual meetings or casual check-ins. Additionally, while one might enjoy not commuting every day, the lack of in-person supervision can lead to decreased productivity for some. A structured work environment helps many people feel motivated; without it, distractions at home can diminish focus. Creating a dedicated workspace and setting clear boundaries can help mitigate these issues. Moreover, communication can become a hurdle. Misunderstandings can arise more easily when relying solely on written messages for clarification. Regularly scheduled video calls can help clear up ambiguities and maintain team cohesion. Ultimately, understanding the balance between the pros and cons of working from home is critical in making the most of this modern work arrangement.

I just applied for 3 SAHJ and I kid you not we have the same list of Cons!
