・ Cake flour 100g

・ Unsalted butter 50g

・ 50g granulated sugar

・ 1 egg yolk

・ Chocolate

How to make

⚠️ oven is preheated to 170 degrees.

(1) Bring unsalted butter to room temperature or melt it in the microwave, add sugar and mix well 🧈

(2) When it becomes whitish, add egg yolk and mix well 🥚

(3) Add cake flour and mix well.

(4) Fill the silicone mold with dough.

(5) Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes and remove from the mold.

(6) Melt the chocolate in a water bath or heat it in a microwave and pour it into a silicone mold.

(7) After pouring, put the baked cookies on it and cool until the chocolate hardens.
