High-protein pizza 😋

This is my go-to healthy version of pizza — high-protein, super satisfying, and easy to make.

Base ingredients:

• 250g low-fat cottage cheese

• 2 eggs

• 70g all-purpose flour

• Pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Blend cottage cheese with eggs

2. Add flour + salt, mix into a dough

3. Spread onto a lined tray

4. Bake at 355°F (180°C) for 20 min

Toppings I used:

• Pizza sauce

• 45g Tex-Mex cheese

• 100 g Sausage

• Cherry tomatoes

• Arugula

5. Add toppings, bake again for 15–20 min

6. Finish with fresh arugula and slice
