A jaw dropping thriller, two women’s escape📚

⭐️Overall rating: 5/5: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What happens when two seemingly ordinary women board the same flight? Stephanie is on yet another tiresome business trip, longing for a break. Jasmine, on the other hand, is escaping an abusive relationship, her ticket purchased with hard-earned tips. The two women don't know each other-yet they're about to become entangled in a chilling web of deception, danger, and manipulation.

Days after their flight, Stephanie and Jasmine text eerily similar messages to their loved ones about the same man.

The messages grow stranger, more desperate. And then... silence. Both women vanish, leaving behind unanswered questions and growing fears.

Who is Trent McCarthy? What did he do to Stephanie and Jasmine-or what did they do to him?

Twist after jaw-dropping twist, The Business Trip plunges you into a dark and thrilling maze where no one is who they seem.

Jessie Garcia's debut novel masterfully balances pulse-pounding suspense with intricate character development.

Even the side characters are given rich backstories and distinctive voices, making the story feel layered and immersive.

There were definite Freida McFadden vibes in most complimentary way! This was a quick read that kept me guessing and I loved that there were so many POVs! I was thinking it would get confusing but it didn't, and to piece things together from different viewpoints made this book extra fun.
