✨☁️ TIRAMISU FLUFFY JAPANESE PANCAKES ☁️✨
When breakfast decides to become dessert (and I fully support that decision 😌🍫). These are like eating little coffee clouds — soft, bouncy, and dangerously good.

Here’s how I made them ⤵️
🩶 Ingredients:

* 2 egg yolks + 3 egg whites

* 2 tbsp sugar

* 2 tbsp milk

* 3 tbsp flour

* A splash of vanilla

* 1 tsp instant coffee (optional, for that tiramisu magic)

* Cocoa powder + whipped cream or mascarpone for layering

☁️ Directions:

1. Whisk yolks, milk, flour, and vanilla until smooth.

2. In another bowl, whip egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks.

3. Gently fold the meringue into the yolk mix (don’t deflate the fluff!).

4. Scoop onto a greased pan on low heat, cover, and cook each side for about 4–5 mins.

5. Stack ‘em high, dust with cocoa, and add whipped cream or mascarpone between layers.

💭 It’s basically dessert you can eat for breakfast — and I will absolutely be doing that again tomorrow.
