Getting back into a health and wellness routine and decided to kick it off with the 75 soft challenge and then maybe move into the 75 hard later! 🥴

Eat well - I am following the 80/20 “diet” 🥗
Workout 45 mins per day with 1 active recovery day per week 🏃🏻♀️
Drink 1/2 gallon of water 💧
Read 10 pages of any book 📖
Take progress photos throughout the challenge 🤳
Follow these rules for 75 days and watch those habits form and the results to follow!
