Hawaiian sweet bread recipe below⤵️ 2 ¼ tsp yeast 1cup pineapple juice 4 Tbsp softened butter 1/4 c brown sugar 1 beaten egg 1 tsp Vanilla 1tsp salt 3 cups flour ( I usually do combo of hard and soft) -Mix together warm pineapple juice (105-115∘F) sugar, yeast & let bloom.

I made this banana bread for my husband and he loved it so much he asked if he could eat it for dinner.😂 It’s soft, buttery, sweet, and has a great banana flavor. This recipe makes a lot of batter so I recommend filling your loaf pan just over half- 2/3 full and using the rest to make muffins.
