Regular physical activity, even something as simple as a daily walk, stimulates your digestive system and helps prevent that uncomfortable bloated feeling. I also found it helpful to track my meals and identify any particular foods that triggered bloating for me personally, such as too much processed food or carbonated drinks. Mindful eating—chewing slowly and avoiding overeating—also makes a big difference. Overall, combining these habits helped me feel lighter and healthier. Remember, consistency is key; changes won’t happen overnight, but with patience, you will notice progress towards a less bloated and more energized body.
