Chess’s ITZ - Sourdough edition - 🫶

8 ounces of cheddar cheese shredded ( I prefer to shred my own )

1/3 a cup of sourdough discard

1/2 bread flour - you can also use self rising and or all purpose - I’ve played with all of them and prefer bread flour texture wise .

2/3 tablespoon of spicy ranch seasoning

2-3 tablespoons of melted butted

Blend until mixed evenly

Roll until thin , cut with pizza cutter or knife , use a toothpick or fork to puncher hole in the middle

Bake in the oven @350 for anywhere to 25- 35 minutes (this depends on your preferences , for crackers than resemble “ whales “ flavor or goldfish do less time , for optimal crunch and cheese itz flavor cook full time or until golden brown and crunchy )

Cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy !

I like to do one sheet to enjoy immediately, for that instant gratification! I then vacuum seal the other sheet for a rainy day . 🧀 Enjoy 😉
