This gentle activity aids digestion and helps prevent the bloated feeling that often follows a heavy meal. Combining these daily habits steadily led to visibly reduced bloating — to the point where my stomach flattened and I felt lighter. In my experience, cultivating a consistent routine centered around healthy digestion and mindfulness is essential. Using tools like the Five Minute Journal to reflect and biodance for movement added holistic wellness benefits.
