This is one of my favorite summer salads to support skin health from the inside out โ€” bright, refreshing, and loaded with nutrients that your skin actually uses.

My Skincare Summer Salad includes:

๐Ÿฅฌ Red cabbage โ€“ rich in anthocyanins and vitamin C to fight oxidative stress and support collagen

๐Ÿฅ• Carrots โ€“ packed with beta-carotene (vitamin A) which helps protect against sun damage
