Simple Fried Potatoes and Eggs. Classic Breakfast

Ingredients

• 3 medium potatoes (boiled until tender)

• 1 ½ tablespoons oil

• ½ small onion (peeled and chopped)

• A pinch of cumin seeds (optional)

• Salt, to taste

• Black pepper, to taste

• 2 eggs

Instructions

1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. Fry until they turn light golden brown.

2. Add the pre-boiled potatoes and the chopped onions to the pan.

3. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper to taste. Fry the potatoes on both sides until they are golden brown.

4. Remove the potatoes from the pan, then fry your eggs in the same pan.
