Cheeseburger soup 🥣

Crockpot cheeseburger soup 🍔

🐓4 C chicken broth

🍔1 lb hamburger

🧅1 diced onion

🧀 Cheddar cheese (measured with the ❤️)

🧄Minced garlic (measured with the ❤️)

🧈 2 TBS of butter

2 TBS flour

🥓 Crumbled bacon

🥔 4 diced potatoes

🥛 1 C of milk

-Add chicken broth, potatoes, onion, bacon and cooked burger to crockpot

-In a pot mix garlic (I used about one clove) and butter to cook until garlic is fragrant

-Add flour and whisk together then add milk and whisk

-Add cheese to flour mixture (about one cup), whisk

-Add to crockpot and mix everything together

Cook on high until potatoes are soft and done!

(After potatoes are done I added more cheese and made a thickening with flour and water to my desired thickness)
