What I’m learning about myself lately,

I’ve spent so long trying to hold everything and everyone together, but lately I’m learning to just hold myself.

I’m not built to constantly pour into others while running on empty. I’m learning to pause. To rest. To receive.

This version of me is learning to listen to her body, soften her expectations, and love herself through the process—not just at the finish line.

It’s not weakness—it’s wisdom.
