ever since I was little I have struggled with body issues and eating issues, and it's not an easy thing to deal with. Growing up my mom went from normal weight to unhealthily underweight, she always called herself fat, and she didn't really censor herself around me, this made me have a very unhealthy relationship with food, i would often binge eat then look at myself in the mirror and wonder where my parents went wrong, I also developed a health condition called PCOS, where I have a hormone imbalance and it gives me excess hair and dark spots on my chest, neck and armpits, which has made me have a lot of insecurities and body issues. I have been learning how to deal with my condition and weight, slowly learning how to love my self and my body.
