"Eating your skincare" means choosing foods that nourish your skin from within, complementing topical treatments often used by estheticians. I also ensure my meals are balanced with whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats to maintain overall skin health. Personally, making these healthy meals a staple part of my diet helps me maintain clear skin without major flare-ups. Alongside regular skincare routines, a wholesome diet creates a solid foundation for long-lasting beauty and vitality.
