Hot Honey Salmon 🐟🍯🌶️

Just had the most amazing dinner! Grilled chicken, asparagus, and sweet potatoes, plus a delicious salmon dish.

🍠 **Sweet Potatoes:** No oil needed! Just wash, wrap in foil with alittle water to steam them, and bake at 400°F for about an hour until fork-tender.

🐟 **Salmon:** Seasoned with jammin salmon, garlic and herb seasoning, parsley flakes ,salt, and pepper. Seared in a cast iron skillet with olive oil, then drizzled with hot honey, BBQ sauce, chili flakes, . Let it simmer until perfectly cooked.

🌿 **Plating:** Spring mix under the salmon, topped with green onion and cilantro. Sweet potato with a bit of butter and brown sugar. Absolutely fantastic!
