💪🏼 Use cardio for healthy heart, not replacement of muscle growth. 💪🏼 Prioritize proper form over high weights. 💪🏼 Start slow and stay consistent. 💪🏼 Do more compound movements over isolation movements. 💪🏼 Two + hours in the gym is unnecessary. I hope this helps you if you’ve just started.
