Here’s what you’ll need for this delicious dish: 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each) 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp unsalted butter 5 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tbsp pre-minced) 1 lemon, half for juice, half for slices Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish) Let's get cooking!
