1 red bell pepper

1 cup green beans

1 cup spinach

1 Tbsp olive oil

1.5 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

1/2 tsp Onion powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

Brown ground beef
