Spaghetti or linguine
Large shrimp (cleaned & deveined)
Olive oil
Butter
Fresh garlic (minced)
Crushed red pepper (optional)
Parsley (fresh, chopped)
Parmesan cheese
Salt & black pepper
Lemon (for a squeeze at the end)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions; reserve some pasta water.
Season shrimp with salt and black pepper.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until pink on both sides.
Toss in the cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water to loosen the sauce.
Add parsley, parmesan, and a squeeze of lemon.
