Ab and Core Workout! 🔥

Good morning! Let’s get shredded this winter ❄️ with a good old fashion ab workout!

A few of these exercises target your obliques and I’m here to say to not be scared of your obliques! By working on your core you won’t heel touch your way to a waist that’s “too boxy”. That would take intense consistent effort over months. You need your obliques! They help with balance and provide muscle strength to support your spine!
