Meal Prepping Doesn’t Have To Be Hard

I think we get so caught up in the meal prepping recipes. All the chicken and rice bowls, the protein pasta and meatballs, the squash, zucchini, ect…

They’re all good, popular, they’re all super healthy!

I highly recommend them all, but…

if you’re overwhelmed by meal prepping and seeing these recipes, how likely will you be to make them? How about again? How about a third week?

Want a tip? Start small! Start with a few containers and an easy snack.

-Fruit of choice,

-Nuts of choice,

-Cheese of choice!

-You can add turkey, or anything else of your choice

But the bottom line is, keep it simple, start simple, build consistency, build the habit!

Meal prepping doesn’t have to be hard.

Incorporating a variety of foods keeps it interesting and enjoyable. You don't need extensive kitchen skills or a long list of ingredients to begin. Focus on the basics, and allow your meal planning to evolve over time. Additionally, consider batch-cooking your favorite meals on weekends to ease into meal prepping.
