What’s your favorite dinner to cook??

We started to get hello fresh delivered at the start of the year with hopes that it would help us reach our wellness goals of eating healthier and financial goals of spending less money eating out. So far it has helped with those things pretty well, but I think this has been our least favorite meal so far

Here’s the details… This meal was fine, but just okay. I think I was expecting like a honey Dijon and it definitely wasn’t that. The sauce was just a little bland for me. The veggies and potatoes were good but I could easily make that on my own so overall we were not super impressed by this one.
