Recipe

Cupcakes

200 g unsalted butter (room temp)

200g brown sugar

4 eggs

150 g flour

50 g cocoa powder

Frosting

200 g unsalted butter (room temp)

350 g powdered sugar

75 g caramel

Mix butter with brown sugar till light & fluffy

Add eggs flour and cocoa to butter/sugar

Scoop into cupcake tin and place 2 rolos in each

Bake for 18-22 minutes

Beat butter for a few minutes to loosen, gradually add sugar and beat slowly till combined, mix 3 to 4 minutes on high, then add caramel and mix for five minutes until whipped .
