If you’re missing Japan, this is the place! @motonobuudon a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant specializing in Sanuki udon with perfectly chewy noodles. Prices starts from $5.25!

For hot udon, go for their signature Niku-Toji. If you’re in the mood for cold noodles, the Mentaiko Cold Udon is my top pick.

日本が恋しくなったら、バンクーバー発祥でミシュランビブグルマンにも選ばれたもとのぶうどんに是非❤

讃岐うどんに特化していて、コシの強い麺が特徴。個人的にこの食感がとても好みでした。一番シンプルなプレーンうどんは冷たいものが5.25ドル。ホットは8.5ドルです。熱いものと冷たいものの両方がメニューに揃っているので、熱いものなら看板メニューの「肉とじ」、冷たいものなら明太コールドがおすすめです✨️

お寿司メニューもあり、特におすすめは稲荷寿司のサンプラー。他ではあまり見かけない梅干しやナスなど、日本的なトッピングが楽しめる一品です♥️
