Consistency is essential; dedicating even five to ten minutes daily to this kind of workout can create profound shifts in your stress response over time. Engaging with nature also adds a therapeutic dimension, helping your body reset more organically. Whether you are new to somatic exercises or seeking ways to deepen your practice, trying trailside somatic workouts can be a refreshing and accessible method to nurture your mental and physical health.
