PCOS renamed PMOS

5/24 Edited to

... Read moreManaging hormonal imbalances such as those experienced in PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), now often referred to as PMOS, can be challenging. From my journey, I found that incorporating natural supplements into my routine played a significant role in improving my hormone health. One of the supplements that notably helped was a combination of Codonopsis and Astragalus (Gong Liu Kang), which seemed especially effective in helping to reduce cyst-related issues, a common concern in PCOS/PMOS. The herbal properties of these supplements support overall immune function and energy, which are vital when dealing with hormonal disorders. I also tried Vitex, known as Chasteberry, which is traditionally used to support reproductive health and hormone balance. Though I didn't observe a dramatic change initially, I understand that Vitex often requires consistent use over several months to manifest noticeable benefits. Slippery Elm bark capsules were another part of my regimen, particularly for digestion. Hormonal imbalances can affect gastrointestinal function, and soothing the GI tract has helped me feel more comfortable and supported my overall wellness. Combining these natural approaches with lifestyle changes—such as managing stress, maintaining a balanced diet, and regular physical activity—has further supported my hormonal health journey. It's important to remember that results vary, and working with a healthcare provider to tailor treatments is essential. If you’re exploring ways to manage PMOS/PCOS, consider these natural supplements as part of a holistic approach. Sharing experiences and staying informed about traditional and alternative therapies can empower you on your path to better hormone balance and improved health.
