Make a sugar free cheesecake filling!
Filling:
* 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
* ½ cup sugar-free sweetener (monk fruit)
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* ½ cup protein yogurt (any kind)
* Optional: squeeze of lemon juice (adds that classic tang)
Bake at 350 for 15 mins and let set over night.
The pie crust is just a regular crust bought from the store already made.
