I've been seeing it everywhere and honestly, I feel like it's exactly what I need to reset my mind and body. It's a mental toughness program, not just a fitness challenge, and I'm ready to commit to myself for the next 75 days. I've been doing a ton of research, looking at different 75 hard templates and trying to get a clear picture of what I'm signing up for. The core 75 Hard rules are pretty straightforward, but they require serious discipline. From what I've gathered, here’s a breakdown of the 75 hard daily tasks I'll be committing to: Two 45-Minute Workouts: One of these must be outdoors, no matter the weather. This sounds tough, especially with winter coming, but I'm planning to embrace it! The other can be indoors. Follow a Strict Diet: This means no cheat meals, no alcohol. I've seen people choose various approaches like keto, paleo, or just clean eating, but the key is consistency and no deviations. I'm still figuring out my exact 75 hard diet plan, but it will definitely involve lots of meal prepping. Drink 1 Gallon of Water: This one feels like it will be a constant bathroom trip, but I know how essential hydration is. I'm already planning to keep a gallon of water bottle with me at all times. Read 10 Pages of a Non-Fiction Book: This is a great rule to nourish the mind. I've got a pile of self-improvement books waiting! Take a Daily Progress Photo: This is for tracking physical changes but also for mental accountability. I saw a 75 Hard DAY 1 of 75 graphic that included a checkbox for this, which was super helpful. To keep track of everything, I’m definitely going to need a solid 75 hard tracker. I've seen some amazing 75 hard tracker printable options online, and even a 75 hard challenge tracker app that looks promising. The images I found showed a 75 Hard Daily tracker with numbered circles from 1 to 74 – that visual progress is going to be so motivating! I'm thinking of creating my own simple 75 hard template or downloading a 75 hard pdf to print out and stick on my fridge. Having a visual reminder of these 75 hard daily tasks list items will be crucial for staying on track. Regarding the 75 hard challenge diet, I'm leaning towards a whole foods approach, focusing on lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables. No processed snacks or sugary drinks for 75 days is going to be a big shift, but I'm ready. I also need to make sure I'm adequately fueling my body for the two daily workouts. I've also looked at a few 75 hard rules infographic examples to really cement the rules in my mind. The advice I keep seeing is to prepare, prepare, prepare! Meal prepping, planning workouts, and having my water bottle ready will be key. If I slip up on any of these rules, it's a complete restart. That's the scariest part, but also what makes it so powerful. I'm feeling a mix of excitement and nerves, but mostly determined. Wish me luck on this 75 days challenge!
