75 HARD - MUSLIM GIRL CHALLENGE

I’ve been feeling off with my Deen lately. Not in a way that anyone would notice, but I could feel it in my heart. That quiet shift where things just don’t feel as centered, as peaceful, as grounded as they used to.

And recently it’s been hitting me heavy… I can’t keep pouring into everything else and leaving my soul on empty. I miss the calm that comes from being spiritually aligned. I miss feeling like I’m walking with purpose, not just going through the motions. I miss walking in faith and not fear. I miss the peace of mind of just knowing Allah got me…

So I gave myself a challenge. Nothing loud, nothing for show..just small, daily steps to reconnect. Being more intentional, more present. Slowing down. Remembering Allah in the quiet moments. Protecting my energy. Making space for reflection.

I’m not trying to be perfect. I’m just trying to come back home to myself and to my Lord.. one step at a time.

So many of you have asked about the '75-Day Muslim Girl Challenge' I mentioned, and I’m so excited to share more details about this journey I’ve embarked on to reconnect with my Deen. It’s truly been a game-changer for me, especially during times when I felt a bit lost spiritually. You know that feeling when you're just going through the motions? That's exactly where I was. I realized I needed a structured way to bring consistency and intention back into my spiritual life. That’s why I decided on a 75-day journey – it’s long enough to build lasting habits and truly immerse myself in strengthening my Iman and building a deeper connection with Allah. It’s not about perfection, but about the discipline and consistency that comes with showing up daily for myself and my Creator. My daily non-negotiables are the backbone of this challenge, and they've truly transformed my mornings and evenings. Starting with waking up 30 minutes before Fajr for Tahajjud prayer has been incredibly peaceful. It sets such a calm tone for the day, allowing me to connect with Allah in the quiet hours. Then, praying Fajr on time ensures I’m beginning my day with a conscious act of worship. Reading 5 pages of the Qur'an daily, even just a little bit, helps me stay connected to Allah's words and reflect on their meaning. And, of course, the morning and evening Adkaar – those daily supplications are my spiritual shield, helping me remember Allah throughout the day and seek His protection. Beyond prayers and remembrance, I’ve incorporated daily learning. Reading 5 pages from a Muslim book every day expands my knowledge and understanding of Islam, which has been incredibly enriching. It’s amazing how much wisdom you can gain from just a few pages! And my Weekly Reflection & Dua Journal has become my personal space to process my thoughts, express gratitude, and pour out my duas. It’s where I track my spiritual growth and acknowledge the small victories. This challenge isn't just about ticking boxes; it's about consciously choosing to nurture my spiritual self. It's designed to help Muslim girls like me build better habits and truly feel that profound connection with their Deen. If you're feeling a similar spiritual pull, I highly recommend trying a structured 'muslim challenge' like this. It’s about more than just surviving; it’s about thriving in our faith and knowing that Allah truly has us. May Allah make it easy for all of us on our spiritual paths!
