rest day no work, didnt take picture of other snacks, i do this once or twice a month to feel extremely full but this time round i had too much protein, i thought i could hit 3000 cals but i feel my stomach tearing, the last time i did a cheat day was last month that gave me indigestion so i try to not go over 4000+ calories again 😓
