7 ways to increase happiness on weekdays
7 ways to increase happiness on weekdays
1. Stay with today
Most of the suffering is often caused by "regretting the past" or "worrying about the future" that has yet to come. Pulling consciousness back to the present moment, looking at the surroundings now, appreciating the delicious coffee in front of us, or sitting with the dog for a moment will make our hearts lighter and more easily aware of the happiness hidden around us.
2. Eat well. Delicious ^ ^
The army has to walk with its stomach, and the easiest happiness on weekdays is "delicious." Eating a favorite food, a favorite pearl milk tea, or a good coffee without guilt, the body immediately sheds out a message of happiness, rewarding and energizing itself.
3. Stop thinking about it.
The brain of a person likes to think about negative things unconsciously. If you start to feel that your heart is overwhelmed by other people's bad words or irritating things, quickly shake your head and "change your focus" immediately, turn to music that you like, watch funny clips, or find something fun to do to cut off the pensive thought cycle.
4. Try to do only good things
Doing good things doesn't have to be big, just everyday things like talking to those around you, sharing a smile, or helping a little. Those positive energies will bounce back and make us feel proud and deeply happy to be the creators of good things that day.
5. Think of the success achieved, even a little.
Don't wait for a big goal and be happy. Just wake up on time, clear a piece of work, or just take your dog for a walk on the plan today is a success. Remember and appreciate yourself with these "Small Wins" because it's a good fuel that cheers us up every day.
6. Smile for the heart. Clear.
Start your day by looking in the mirror and smiling at yourself or smiling at people around you and your pet. Smile is a powerful tool. When you move your facial muscles to smile, your brain will understand that you are happy and will automatically adjust your inner mood.
7. Forgive, be good, be good at it if you don't want it.
There is nothing perfect in life. Ordinary days can be jams, traffic jams, tripping jobs, or irritators, practicing the skill of "mechanizing it" to let go of things we can't control. Forgiving others and forgiving ourselves is not giving up, but choosing not to carry anger on ourselves.
Hopefully this expanded detail will pass on good energy and make a smile for everyone on weekdays. 🐾
